What happens after I request a quotation?
+
Verify your email and set a password to review your submitted company and employee details. Our team will review the request and email your quotation. Registration does not start a paid service: commencement follows the agreed quotation and contract and first approved payment.
What employee costs should I include?
+
Choose each employee’s tax residency and gross or net pay basis. Select a contract type: seniority for an Undetermined Duration Contract (UDC) is estimated from total monthly cost and severance for a Fixed Duration Contract (FDC) from basic salary. Monthly management fee excludes seniority. June and December invoices include UDC seniority of 7.5 days' total monthly cost each (15 days a year), excluding expense-claim costs. UDC seniority is paid to the employee every June and December; FDC severance is set aside monthly and paid when the contract ends. Enter monthly basic salary and any OT, allowance, bonus, insurance, work permit, visa renewal and custom costs; tick “Expense claim” on a custom cost you reimburse, and it still prices the management fee but is left out of the seniority calculation. NSSF, pension fund and fringe benefit tax are calculated from salary and allowance. Salary tax on net pay is added to total monthly cost; gross-pay salary tax is withheld from the employee and does not add to monthly cost. Estimated at KHR 4,000 per US$1 with our current rates; your quotation confirms the final amounts. Optional blank amounts mean zero. These costs form the pricing basis; they are separate from the management fee and are not collected on management-fee invoices. If your roster is uncertain or exceeds 500 employees, contact our team.
Do I need a registered entity in Cambodia to hire staff?
+
It depends on how you plan to operate in Cambodia, because employment, tax and social security obligations follow the legal structure you use. We look at your plans, headcount and timeline and advise on the right structure before you commit to hiring. Where an entity is already in place, we take on payroll, statutory filings, benefits and day-to-day HR operations around it.
What is staff outsourcing in Cambodia?
+
Staff outsourcing means your workers are employed through a local service provider while they work day to day under your direction. The provider holds the employment contract and handles registrations, payroll, statutory contributions and HR administration. You keep control of the work, the team structure and the results.
How does payroll and NSSF compliance work in Cambodia?
+
Cambodian employers must calculate salary tax and statutory social security contributions, file the required returns and pay employees on an agreed cycle. We collect your monthly inputs, prepare the calculations, arrange disbursement and manage the reporting and deadlines. You receive clear payroll reports and a record of every filing.
How quickly can we onboard employees in Cambodia?
+
Timelines depend on the roles, the documents you can provide and whether registrations are already in place. Once the scope is agreed and employee details are confirmed, contract preparation and payroll setup usually move quickly. We give you a realistic date range at the start rather than a fixed promise.
What does an HR outsourcing partner in Cambodia cost?
+
Monthly management fee: 8.6% of each employee’s total monthly cost—basic salary, OT, NSSF, pension fund, allowance, bonus, insurance, fringe benefit tax, work permit, visa renewal, estimated severance (FDC), custom costs and employer salary tax on net pay—with a minimum of US$69 and a maximum of US$249 per employee per month. Monthly management fee excludes seniority. June and December invoices include UDC seniority of 7.5 days' total monthly cost each (15 days a year), excluding expense-claim costs. The June and December fee is 8.6% of that month’s higher total, within the same minimum and maximum. Gross-pay salary tax is withheld from the employee and does not add to monthly cost. The total monthly management charge includes 10% VAT on the fee. Employee costs are pricing inputs and are not collected on these management-fee invoices.
Which locations do you support?
+
We support employers across Cambodia and are based in Phnom Penh. Provincial placements are handled through the same payroll, compliance and HR processes. If you have staff in more than one location, we keep everything on one coordinated service.
